Gerber's book has become the standard for all micro and small
businesses. His wisdom is especially important for service businesses,
as well as for businesses who are technical driven. If you are
a person in business for themselves, offering a service or technical
expertise, and doing any of the work of the business themselves,
this book is a critical read. It literally contains the blueprint
that Rich Dad, Poor Dad leaves out, and can help small business
owners transform their companies into the business they've dreamed
of. |

In this book author Seth Godin blows apart some of the myths
and wrong thinking about marketing. Does marketing have to lie
is the core question he addresses. Godin teaches us that while
great marketing does create a unique experience, it also has to
be grounded in truth and authenticity to be sustainable. If a
business truly provides relevant value to their market, their
marketing can easily be 100% truthful and yet irresistible is
the core message. Really great stuff! |

What can you say about Dan Kennedy? Of course, he's a master.
If you don't know the first thing about marketing, or even if
you really do, this book is excellent. Dan really is teaching
great information here, without the B.S. that you generally get
with most sales letter information. He gives theory, but also
solid, actionable information, and it's worth 100 times what this
easy read is worth.
Yeah, easy read. The challenge is in the doing.... |

More goodness from Dan Kennedy, this time about direct marketing
in general. This stuff is perfectly relevant to any business and
any type of marketing they do... really.
And if you're a small to mid size business, this is critical
for you, because even if you own your market today without competition
from the 400 pound gorillas, they're coming eventually. Dan's
principles are time tested, sound, and can easily be future proof. |
